General Policy

-All our policies are for the benefit of the customer and to guarantee his rights on the one hand and on the other hand to ensure the quality of service and implementation. -All prices are quoted in USD and will be settled/invoiced in EGP. - PCR Test is needed upon Departure & Return. -In Case of Positive PCR result upon travel your booking will be adjusted free of charge. Payment Method: Credit Cards (Visa / Master) – Debit Card - Bank deposit.- - Online Payment Fees 3% will be applied. -Packages rates might be changes depending on airlines availability as well as any extra taxes. - In Case of payment delay we deserve the right to release your booking to avoid penalties. - Resort full payment should be received Max 21 days before guests arrival. - Some bookings may have a special terms & conditions regarding payment & cancelation depending on the season. - All Government taxes are subject to change without prior notice and liable for payment by the customer. - USD 200 Nonrefundable fees after Confirmation. (To be added only for reservation done direct via any of our RETAILS Office located in Cairo & Kuwait) - Children policies is different from Resort to another sometimes Free , other time 50% from adult rates or may be only taxes to be paid. -Kindly note that some resorts may apply a minimum stay of 3 or 4 nights especially during high season from 23 December to 07 January. -The waiting time at the seaplane terminal is solely based on seaplane operation schedule maintained by TMA and is subject to change based on airline operations, flight connections and weather conditions. Guest may have to wait at the W Lounge until the combined seaplane is ready for departure with all guests. -Please note that any bookings within 7-10 days before travelling date can’t be done through our website, you need to contact our team to handle those reservations. - Maldives 360 deserves the right to change the policy due for any circumstances or political problems. Seaplane terms and conditions: - Baggage allowance is 20kg per person and 5kg hand luggage. Any excess baggage is chargeable and will have to be paid directly to the Seaplane company at $5+ GST per 1 KG. - The hotel must receive full flight details at least 7 days prior to the arrival date in order to guarantee the seaplane seats. Failure to do so may result in additional waiting time in the Conrad Lounge or overnight in Malé at the client's expense. -All guests have access to the Conrad Lounge located at the Seaplane Terminal on arrival. - Every effort will be made to transfer the guest to the resort within 2 hrs. of arriving at the Lounge. - Airport transfer via seaplane is available during daylight hours only. Any change to this will be communicated along with any change to conditions. - Guests arriving on international flights are required to check in at the TMA seaplane counter in the international arrivals terminal before 16:00hrs in order to be able to transfer to the resort on the same day. - Guests arriving later than this should be booked on a domestic transfer in order to transfer to the resort on the same day. -Return seaplane transfers will automatically be booked with the resort at the time of booking, unless other instructions explicitly stated in the booking request. Honeymoon benefits terms and conditions: - Honeymoon offers are valid up to six months after the wedding. - A copy of the wedding certificate is required at the time of reservation and should be presented at the time of check-in to be entitled.
